It's only the beginning...

You know how you sometimes just get an inkling to start a blog? Well, that's totally what happened to us, the Sine Sisters.  
Here's a nice big welcome to our first blog post! We can't wait to share with you some of the things we are most passionate about. If you can't tell already, we are math teachers by day and wanna be sisters by night. Stay tuned for all things interactive notebook, our favorite teacher tips, fashion we love, and so much more! So without further adieu, let us introduce ourselves!

Hey y'all! I'm Caitlin, a twenty-something year old math teacher who loves her job! I am newly married to my amazing husband Zach and we have two furbabies, Gunsmoke and Elsie Mae. I love Jesus, sweet iced tea, cranking the music up loud, and spending (way too much) time on Pinterest. I'm obsessed with cute fonts, colored pens, and foldables on bright colored paper. Teaching math can be tough, but I love the challenge of finding ways to make what is often times a dreaded subject more enjoyable to the fifteen year olds I call "my kids". Please, make yourself at home and stay a while! 

Hey, I'm Autumn!  I thought about just hitting copy-paste on what she said, but then I remembered that I don't have cats...or a husband (alright, and I'm no longer twenty-something).  I'm originally from Las Vegas but have called Asheville, NC home for nearly five years.  While I'm still an amateur southerner, I am a professional bridesmaid and math nerd.  I love Jesus first, and then after Him come my family, my sometimes complicated but always precious kids (students), chocolate, making math fun and accessible, and singing pop music that should be reserved for those still in high school, not teaching it.
